YOUR FUTURE NOW OR YFN TRAINING trains you in the moving intelligence of your feeling body. You'll learn the language of your feeling domain and how to use sensory information for knowing what you want and getting it.
As you move through the YFN training, you'll build the skill of orienting to your Sovereign Self, (your birthright to being Supreme Authority in your own life) through becoming super highly organized in your Autonomic Nervous System. You'll learn everything you need for regulating the ANS, in this training.
You'll learn how to create organismic safety within you -- while under simulated pressure in the safe environment of your training space, which sets you up for building the requisite safety needed to thrive.
The YFN Rehearsal Module entrains your muscles, nerve impulses and fibers, to who you want to be, to the point that it becomes muscle memory and automatic, causing your DESIRED REALITY to happen.
YFN is designed as a supreme self care practice that nourishes, heals and prepares you for an accomplished life.
In our work together, we listen for the dream you have for your life, then we get to work. You go at your own pace, allowing your Desired Future to take shape. The training is designed for you to be able to track progress and measure results.
